Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Staylight (the "Service"), provided by Previosa a.s., a joint-stock company registered in the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Přádova 2092/12, Libeň, 182 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 28214587 ("Staylight", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Staylight is a software-as-a-service platform that monitors how AI answer engines (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) describe and recommend a hotel property, and reports on visibility, technical readiness, off-page authority, competitor benchmarking, sentiment, and estimated revenue impact.

Informational, not guaranteed. AI answer engines are operated by third parties outside our control and their outputs vary over time. Reports and scores reflect observed results at the time of each scan and are provided for informational purposes — they are not a guarantee of any particular AI engine's future behavior, ranking, or booking outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Staylight is intended for business customers (hotels, hotel groups, and their staff) acting in a professional capacity, not consumers.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid tiers are billed monthly or yearly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it to violate any law, or use it to submit content on behalf of a property you are not authorized to represent.

5. Intellectual property

Staylight retains all rights in the Service, its software, and its methodology. You retain ownership of the property data you submit. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staylight disclaims all warranties, and our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
